We are Known by Our Father

Monday, March 29

Ps. 139:1-24
O Lord you have searched me and known me you know when I sit down and when I rise up you discern my thoughts from afar. You search out my path and my lying down and are acquainted with all my ways. Even before a word is on my tongue, behold or Lord you know it all together. You hem me in, beyond and before and lay your hand upon me.

  • Thank our Father for adopting us and desiring for us to be in his family. Express gratitude for being known and pursued by him.
  • Pray for a deep sense of belonging as a member of our church body.
  • Pray for trust in the leadership team as they lean into what the Lord may have next for our body.
Prayer Helps:
Father, we trust that you know our needs even before we ask. We are known and cared for by you. You are already with us, we are here open and ready to feel your presence.  We hope for the glory that will be revealed to us. Father help us be confident in you, our creator. God you are moving here while we rest the presence of your hand right upon us.

  • Pray that we would draw together in unity a deep sense of belonging knowing that he is leading and guiding our path, he will make the way known.
Prayer Helps:
Father, we pray to stay in your will. Our desire as we seek your face over the next few months is to know your will and submit to that. We pray you make that clear to us. Lord we pray for unity corporately that each member/attender would know that they are seen loved and known. Reveal to each of us our role during this transition searching process and grant us the grace to submit to your perfect will. Lord we know we are better together as one team, keep leading our hearts as we walk just within your shadow. Father you promised you would never leave us and we believe you.
